Facilities and equipment

All welfare facilities at the workplace such as health, catering services and rest-rooms, and equipment such as office supplies and work-related tools, should be freely available to employees on an equal basis. Facilities and equipment should, to the extent possible, accommodate the needs of all workers, including women, disabled persons, and members of particular religious and cultural groups.
