Selection tests and interviews

Selection tests and interviews should be validated to ensure their relationship to the job; the place where tests and interviews are held should be in proximity to public transport and easily accessible. The same tests and questions should be proposed to each applicant, without distinction of sex, and the responses should be evaluated on an objective basis by more than one person.
