This Pharmaceutical Sector Baseline survey was commissioned by the Ministry of Health and conducted with financial and technical assistance of the World Health Organisation, Department of Essential Drugs and Medicines Policy/Drug Action Programme and the WHO Country Office Uganda in collaboration with Health Action International - Africa.
Special gratitude is extended to the Director General of Health Services, MOH - Prof. F.G. Omaswa and the Head of the Pharmaceutical Unit, MOH - Mr. Martin Oteba for their support and guidance to initiate and complete this survey.
