Drugs for export and re-export must be registered in Kenya and be appropriately certified. Products for re-export must conform with National certification scheme, and be regulated to maintain strategic stocks in the country.

The Pharmacy and Poisons Board will compile a list of authorized exporters of human and veterinary drugs. Any complaints concerning the quality of drugs exported will be directed to the Pharmacy and Poisons Board for appropriate action.
