IX. Legislation

a. Legislation and regulations as well as the organisation and functions of the regulatory authorities will be developed to support the objective of the National Drug Policy (see note 9).

b. Other legislation which affects the implementation of the policy, but under the armpit of other ministries, will be worked out in collaboration between these ministries and the Ministry of Health.
