Clinical features: Tuberculosis is a chronic, infection, debilitating disease caused by Tubercullae bacillus. It is a public health problem and all cases must be notified to the MOH. The clinical disease can take the following forms: pulmonary, meningitis, lymphadenitis, osteoarticular, potts disease, intestinal, renal, peritoneal and cutaneous. Due to the association of TB and HIV infection, the prevalence of TB is increasing and patients are more seriously ill than before.
