PRÉSENTATION

Flacon de 500 ml pour perfusion.

ACTION THÉRAPEUTIQUE

Macromolécule

INDICATION

Remplissage vasculaire dans les chocs hypovolémique par déperdition sanguine.

CONTRE-INDICATION, EFFETS SECONDAIRES, PRÉCAUTIONS D'EMPLOI

Contre-indications:

• Surcharge circulatoire
• Hypocoagulabilité
• Hypersensibilité au dextran


Effets secondaires:

• Réactions anaphylactiques


POSOLOGIE

La posologie pendant les premières 24 heures ne doit pas dépasser 20 ml de Dextran par kg puis les jours suivants 10 ml/kg/24 heures.
