GLUCONATE DE CALCIUM

PRÉSENTATION

Ampoule de 10 ml dosé à 100 mg/ml pour injection IV lente ou intracardiaque.

ACTION THÉRAPEUTIQUE

Correction des troubles hydro-electrolytiques et acido-basiques.

INDICATION

• Troubles du rythme cardiaque en rapport avec une Hyperkaliémie majeur
• Arrêt cardiaque
• Tétanie avec hypocalcémie
• Hypocalcémie pancréatique.


CONTRE-INDICATION, EFFETS SECONDAIRES, PRÉCAUTIONS D'EMPLOI

Contra-indications:

• Traitement digitalique en cours.


Effets secondaire:

• Prurit
• Troubles du rythme cardiaque.


Précautions d'emploi:

• Ne pas administrer ce médicament chez un patient traité par les digitalique à cause du risque de survenue de troubles du rythme cardiaque.


POSOLOGIE

10 ml en injection IV lente. En cas d'arrêt cardiaque, il est possible d'administrer 5 à 10 ml en injection intracardiaque.

REMARQUES

Le calcium est un médicament dangereux. Son utilisation devrait être limité aux indications majeures, tels que les troubles du rythme cardiaque.
