PENTAZOCINE

PRÉSENTATION

Ampoule injectable de 1 ml dosé à 30 mg/ml

ACTION THERAPEUTIQUE

Analgésique centrale de type morphinique

INDICATION

• Douleurs intenses
• Traumatisme grave, douleurs post-opératoire
• Infarctus du myocarde
• Anesthésiologie


CONTRE-INDICATION, EFFETS SECONDAIRES, PRÉCAUTIONS

Contre-indications:

• Insuffisance respiratoire crise d'asthme
• Syndrome abdominal aigu d'étiologie non déterminée
• Insuffisance hépatocellulaire grave
• Traumatisme crânien et hypertension intracrânienne
• Etat convulsif
• Intoxication alcoolique aiguë et delirium tremens
• Enfant de moins de 15 ans.


Effets secondaires:

• Dépression respiratoire
• Somnolence, vertige
• Hallucinations, euphories, troubles visuels


Précautions:

• Administrer avec prudence chez le sujet âgé, l'insuffisant hépatique et ou rénal en cas de cholécystite aiguë, de pancréatite.

POSOLOGIE

La posologie usuelle est de 3 à 4 ampoules (90 à 120 mg) réparties régulièrement sur 24 heures.

REMARQUES

Avec la pentazocine. la possibilité de dépendance physique ou psychique est nettement moins marquée et beaucoup plus rare qu'avec les dérivés morphiniques.
